I'm 180 cm tall and usually wear size L, but had to return this for a XL, which fits great.
I'm only giving this a 3/5 because of the poor communication with customer service - they take up to a week to reply. I'm still waiting to hear if they have received the hoodie I had to return, and subsequently cannot pay my order until they have subtracted the first hoodie.
