Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned, including:
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — Right of Withdrawal If your order is shipped to a destination within the European Union, you have the statutory right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, for any reason and without justification. This withdrawal period is extended if it ends on a weekend or public holiday — in that case, the deadline moves to the next working day.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at order@latitude64.se before the withdrawal period expires. You may also submit a return request directly through your order confirmation or customer account.
The item must be returned in its original condition — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfilled, the standard return process above applies.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that processing times vary by bank or credit card company.
